SELECTED WORK

Built around real businesses.

Software built around real businesses: explore business ERP, charter operations, yacht sales, manufacturing, and restaurant service through connected project interfaces.

These selected projects show how software follows the work of a particular business. Use the screenshots to explore the records, decisions, and steps each interface supports, then compare them with your own operation. The capabilities below describe the project shown; the modules, access, calculations, and connections for a new implementation are defined around its requirements.

03Production timeline

A modular ERP connecting accounting, sales, production, projects, scheduling, HR and payroll, client contracts, sample management, and an AI assistant through one central portal.

Accounting summaries, customer records, production orders, and project activity belong to the same operational picture. The selected screens show how a user can move from an overview to the records behind it, while dedicated areas keep contracts, samples, people, and schedules organized. Consider which departments need shared records and where permissions should separate responsibilities when planning a similar system.

01Operations overview
02Charter sales pipeline
03Sales dashboard

A shared operations hub with departmental workspaces, a charter sales pipeline, and sales reporting.

The departmental overview gives users a starting point for the work they need to follow. The charter pipeline makes sales stages visible, while the sales dashboard presents the records used to review that activity. Vessel and maintenance work sit alongside these commercial tasks. A similar marine operations project begins by defining how enquiries, customer information, and vessel responsibilities pass between teams.

01Yacht sales pipeline
02CRM contacts
03Sales reports

A yacht sales workspace connecting opportunity stages, customer and supplier contacts, and sales forecasts.

For a yacht sales team, an opportunity stage is only useful when the related contact information can be found and maintained. These screens bring the pipeline, contacts, and reporting into the same workspace. Review them as examples of connected sales records, then identify the stages, customer details, and reporting questions that would be useful to your own team.

01Restaurant floor plan
02Table ordering
03Order & invoice detail

A restaurant point of sale bringing the floor plan, table orders, and invoice details into the service workflow.

The floor plan provides the starting point for a table service workflow. Staff can follow a table into its order details and review the resulting invoice records. The selected interfaces illustrate the relationship between the service floor and the point of sale. Planning a comparable workspace means clarifying table states, order changes, register responsibilities, and the information required on an invoice.

03Production planning

A manufacturing workspace for PT Arta Rinis Sejahtera connecting production planning, forecast simulation, bills of materials, inventory, and cost analysis with financial summaries and forecast versus actual reporting.

Production planning starts with the quantities, material requirements, units, and costs needed to understand a run. The ARS screens connect those inputs to forecasts and production plans, with inventory and actual results available for comparison. For a comparable manufacturing project, define the bill of materials, planning assumptions, stock movements, and cost categories before deciding which summaries the team needs to review.
